Leftfoot present Roy Ayers

Virgin Ubiquity was a collection of unreleased recordings by Jazz/Soul great Roy Ayers from 1976-1981, that gave public life to what can only be termed the holy grail of any true music lovers search.
One of the best respected, most sampled artists in music history, Roy Ayers is still coming fresh for dance floors and crate diggers alike in 2006. Given the respect and adoration that Roys music receives from musicians and fans, Virgin Ubiquity Remixed is quite an ambitious project. Uniting leading remixers Kenny Dope, King Britt, Nicolay, Mathew Herbert, Platinum Pied Pipers, DJ Spinna, Basement Jaxx and more, Virgin Ubiquity Remixed is a perfect reflection of Roys prolific musicianship and influence.
Roy’s career maintains a timeless momentum; in the studio, on the stage, in the US or abroad, for Hip Hop and Jazz heads alike, for your mother and daughter, for slow dancing and serious funk aficionados, Roy’s vibes are forever.
