Moseley Folk presents The Lunar Society with The Miserable Rich + Aidan Smith + Richard Burke.

The Miserable Rich take their name from an experience they had playing at the wedding of two ultra-rich aristocrats in Rome while their musical inspiration comes from “Say You Don’t Mind” by ex-Zombies singer Colin Blunstone and the super-cool orchestral covers Kraftwerk. James and Will decided to form The Miserable Rich – a chamber quintet to perform their modern songs.

Coming Up On.....Sunday 23rd March

The Curates Egg presents: The Enablers, The Courtesy Group, Mills and Boon and Tex Lavery.
Headliners The Enablers, who have released on Neurot recordings home of some exceptional experimental and noise rock bands conjure up the same sort of feeling as after watching a David Lynch film. Mills and Boon, which I swear I've seen on my aunts bookshelf, combine Noise, Folk Rock and just a bit more Noise to be sure to sound explosive live.

It's all at the Hare and Hounds, Kings Heath and is £7 in or £5 if booked in advance.
