Rooty plays host to a mechanical manifestation of beats, bass and bastardised funk from Birmingham’s finest purveyors of underground House, Techno and electronic madness on every second Friday of the month
Expect bouncy, jacking, minimal glitch house engineered from within a grinding, hypnotic Techno workshop. Expect oil stained basslines welded to mangled vocals and grinding beats. Expect precision assembled rhythms transmitting successive motive force to corresponding melodies!!!
But most of all expect to get your filthy, little mechanised asses on the dancefloor!!!!!!!!!! KEEP THE COG TURNING!

Summer has arrived and Magnetik introduces the Summer Scorcher. Lets hope the sun’s out but if not never mind cos this is Magnetik and there’s always some top quality music to rave away to regardless. Seb Leger is in the club for an extended set. Fresh from his Essential Mix and recent album ‘Planets’ plus a global run of huge productions including his remix of Jaguar. Seb will be playing his usual blend of Electro to House to Techno, with residents warming and Alex Schmitz dropping an Electro Set. Bangers n Mash will be looking after the outdoor smokers area and Survival, The Insiders and Matt Impact will be playing DnB in the Kitchen.

Subzero is a Producer and DJ from Manchester, UK. He has being DJ’ing for over 5 years and producing for 3 years working with lots of Artists such as I.Deal, Sacha, Burga Boi, TRC, Piddy Py etc. Subzero recently won the award for best up & coming producer in the Bassline Choice Awards!
